Partner Leg Throwdowns - Jenna and Shannon
From Blue Wave Martial Arts and Fitness, this is Jenna and Shannon demonstrating a partner ab exercise called Partner Leg Throw downs. Start with one partner on the floor, the other partner standing with your feet right next to their head. If you're on the floor then raise your legs up keeping your knees straight and let your partner push on either your ankles or your feet, pushing your feet and legs towards the floor. If you're the person doing the pushing, you can push pretty hard. If you're the person on the floor, your biggest challenge will be to keep your low back pressed down while this happens. As an alternate way, stand with a partner who's standing with one foot just on the inside of your partner's arms, and that way they can grab more securely around the ankles and hold themselves much more stable. The harder you throw the more work they get for their low abs.
