Kicking Combination - Tanya
From Blue Wave Martial Arts and Fitness, this is Tanya, and Tanya is going to put together two kicks that you might've seen from our earlier videos, Front kicks and Roundhouse kicks. To start she's going to do a front kick and then a roundhouse kick, first the front kick and then the roundhouse kick. In front kick she's striking with the ball of her foot, a roundhouse kick she's using her in-step. And now she's going to alternate legs, so she'll do a right front kick and round kick followed by a left front kick and round kick, and if you put these kicks together they will make a great little cardio routine for a work out. From Blue Wave Martial Arts and Fitness, this is Tanya getting tired doing front kicks and roundhouse kicks.
